This page explains what personal data we collect through kerkiniboat.com, why we collect it and what rights you have. The data controller is Spyros Sfetkos, Kerkini 620 55, Serres, Greece.
What we collect
This website collects no personal data. There are no user accounts, we do not ask for your details through the site, and we do not track your visits.
When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we use what you tell us — the date, the number of people, whether anyone uses a wheelchair, whether you need Greek Sign Language commentary — solely to arrange your visit. Anything relating to a disability is shared with nobody. We do not send marketing messages and we do not pass details to third parties.
WhatsApp is provided by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Booking details are deleted once your visit is complete. Where a transaction takes place, the related records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking cookies, sets no advertising cookies and does not follow you across other websites. Fonts and libraries are served from our own server, with no calls to Google Fonts or to any CDN.
The one exception is the embedded map on the contact page, which loads from OpenStreetMap and may record your IP address. If you would rather avoid that, do not load the contact page and call us instead.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object. To exercise any of them, call +30 6986 911 811 or send a message on WhatsApp, and we will respond within thirty days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
